Foods That Have Zero Calories

Foods that have zero calories are foods that burn more calories than they contain.  A calorie is the amount of energy required to increase the temperature of water by 1C.  The daily recommended calorie intake for a man is 2500 and a woman is 2000.  It takes 3500 calories to burn 1 pound of fat.
